General Omar al-bashir technically and morally can not speak in the name of the Africans

I wonder how we live.
I wonder how the world change.
We did not change.
millions of Africans lost their life
millions lost their homes
This story is really sad is the story of Sudan, the story of the whole Africans, the leaders and the land.

this is a brief chronology of Sudanese modern history
1821-1885 Sudan under truce-Egyptian rule
1881 Mohammed Ahmed IBn Abdallah proclaim Mahadi
1884 Khartoum under siege
1885 fall of Khartoum
1885-1898 Mahadia
1885 June: death of Mahadi
1898 sept: Khalifa defeated at battle of Karari
1899-1955 Anglo-Egyptian Condominium
1940 Kassala occupied by Italian
1953 Sudanization committee established; First elections
1956 Independence Day, 1 January

and this is a chronology of now days Sudanese history
1958-2006 military junta+ religious leaders
1958-1964 general Abuod's rule
1964-1969 first democracy
1969-1985 general Numeiri's rule
1985-1989 second democracy
1989-2009 military junta+religious leaders
and this is from this weak news
Sudan: Africa's leaders gathered in Khartoum yesterday for a summit expected to be dominated by human rights issues. The choice of venue has divided the African Union, as Sudan has been accused of genocide. The two- day talks will also see the 53 leaders discuss poverty and corruption. The most contentious issue is who will chair the AU, a post that traditionally goes to the leader of the summit host. But OMAR AL_BASHIR IS A MILITARY COUP LEADER BLAMED FOR FUELLING THE DARFOR CONFLICT<>
General Omar al-Bashir is illegitimate he does not represent the Sudanese people.
